BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Refugee development support and citizens have been working hard and hard to make sure that they reduce poverty by empowering people, promoting good education to the people, improving the living standard of vulnerable people, promoting unity and love among people of different cultures, guiding and counseling on the spread of pandemic diseases and how they should make it to an end. Promoting self-reliance and hope life so that people should not live with worries. The board of directors is a branch charged with the conception and definition of work and orientation of the organization. Since the founded of the organization in 2019 the board is making sure the living standard level of people is improving, vulnerable people are empowered so that they should depend on themselves, promoting enough support to the children and youths since are the future and hope of the communities as well nation. The organization decided to help the most vulnerable people to overcome poverty by empowering them.

 We help people of all backgrounds even in the most dangerous situation.  We help people of different faith in our programs, we focus on teaching them the word of God since we do have a staff of different faith.

The organization is doing its work openly so that everybody should be able to see and understand what is all about the organization. In the few years coming, we are sure people will build a mind of self-reliance.

 The members of the organization are sharing love and compassion with our beneficiaries through the programs we do have.

 We still operate within Malawi whereby we have been going to different places to help the most vulnerable people and creating much love with the host communities. We do have staff members in different areas, so that we should easily understand and know which kind of people should be helped since the staff member had recognized the problem of the beneficiary.

 We serve the most vulnerable people regardless of religion, gender, race, and ethnicity.

Do what you want, with what you have, where you are. Together we can change the world, let cooperate so that we should improve the lifestyle of the most vulnerable people in our communities and nation.  Allow yourself to dream and fantasize about your idea live, what it would look like and what it would feel like. Then do something every day to make it a reality. 

Hello, I’m ASENDE BAHATI, vice chair of the Refugees Development support and citizens, since 2019 whereby I was honored the position by the members of the organization.

Tosha Anjelani, the Chief Financial officer who looked over the cash of the organization by managing the cash flow. The C.F.O is making sure the cast is used accordingly and in the right manner. Really success is finding your life work in the work that you love. R.D.S.C changing the world. Do not wish for it work for it and will become true.
