Djuma Serves as the Executive Director of Refugees Development support and citizens.  He is the first founder and dreamer of the organization.

 

The main reason why the organization was constituted was based on how the community was facing a lot of challenges in terms of education whereby young children fail to go at school and fulfill their dreams.

How people are living in poverty as if they cannot be empowered, guiding and counseling people on how they should be prevented on the pandemic diseases.

How people are existing without having activities that can lead unity among people of different cultures and less empowerment to the most vulnerable people.

 Why youths are not empowered and inspired spiritually so that they should live a hopeful life. Why people are living in a nasty environment which can cause diseases among the communities as if there is no people to end up the situation.

Being touched with the situations happened in the communities was the main reason to form an organization which can deal with all bad situations.

What I want is to combat and reduce unwanted situations in Refugees and surrounding communities. What to put in our minds” it is good to dream, but it is better to dream and work. Faith is mighty, but faith with action is mightier. Desiring is helpful, but desire and work is success” the real secret to success is enthusiasm.
