Youths
R.D.S.C gets in the way of educating and empowering youths by gaining ability and authority to change in their future life. Educating and empowering youths is the key to their future development. We have many numerous areas whereby we do educate and empowering youths.The area we have are, improvements of talents, vocation training, civic Education by discouraging early marriage practices, capacity building and skills acquisition. Youths in refugees’ community and host communities are well educated and trained in life skills.
Starting 2019 up to now, there are large numbers of youths that have achieved what we were planning on them. We educated and empower youths from the age of 14 to 25 years old. We do have a football team whereby youths talents are developing and the creation of a brighter future life.
Most of the time youths are spending they time at the football training which help them in not engaging in the bad situations which can harm their life, and some of the things which can destroy youths life is ,robbery, smoking, drug and substance abuses, alcoholic taking and many more. The team is made up from both youths of different communities.
Let support youths to improve their talents so that they should live a hopeful life and a brighter future. Together with you we can change youths life, this is time now to work together to bring changes.
Youths who engage in vocational training tend to be different from their counterparts who do not .we are very proud to see what youths are doing soon after being trained.
Soon after completing the training they manage to open their own barbershop and others are employed from different barbershop, which is hair cutting. Is not easy to see youths opening their own businesses soon after being trained. Youths from dzaleka refugee camp and surrounding communities are doing their own business.
If will help our youths in vocational training skills we are sure youths will not involve in bad things which can damage their life. The main goal is to build hope from very poor youths families. Youths are looking from your support, let open doors for our youths, once you do it you help large number of youths.
We discourage early marriage practices among the youths from both communities. Once a youth engaged in early marriage this hinder and block good way of his or her future and difficult to fulfill his or her dreams. We do have meetings with boys and girls to show them the badness of early marriage practices. The most things we emphasize much is once your get married early the Education careers are disrupted.
The early marriage practice is the social problems that negatively affect development of the communities and nations.
What we should is early Marriage practices is a huge violation of human rights. If will have enough training about counseling them about early marriage by showing them it badness I hope will help large number of youths worldwide.R.D.S.C teaches youths on how they should have a capacity of building or creating new activities which will help in all their life and build self reliant. Building much positive ideas into youths make them to thing deeply up to the time they came with many strategies of achieving their goals.
We do Guide and counseling youths on HIV and AIDS. Guiding and conseiling on HIV and AIDS is an important element of HIV care. Once one know is HIV positive it affects psychological, whereby can cause death and low development to the community and nations.
R.D.S.C do have meetings with youths just to guide them and counseling about HIV and AIDS by preventing the diseases. The aim of HIV and AIDS Counseling is to help them to cope with stress so that they should not be traumatized and cause a self death.
We do have a crew of singers and dancers whereby youth’s talents are being improved. R.D.S.C did not want to leave behind. Since 2019 up to now youths are well improved since they see a brighter future that they see.
There are also huge numbers of activities that we promote and support youths such as, they have computer studies, drawing, poetry and many more. We have large number of boys and girls who are good in poems and dancing as well. Once we support our youths in whatever they are doing, we are sure they will have a bright future life.

Out of Dzaleka refugee camp. Glory to God of coming with a victory of two goals, was not easy but we made it. We are still recruiting youths and the aim is to make sure more youths are not engaged in bad things.During training time, always youths make themselves strong and ready for the game with other team. They take much of their time at the football training. Growing with vision and mission youths of our days vocational training skills. We engaged youths in vocational activities whereby they are to empower through hair cutting. Soon after finishing the training, youths will have their own barbershop whereby they will be improved financial and creation of self reliant.
The aim is to promote large number of youths. And this is both to refugees and citizens. Improving large number of youths, promoting development to the national.I’m so proud to be empowered by R.D.S.C says yatime lessedi.
